Bicorp is a small village (population approximately 600) in the Canal de Naverres area which is situated in the Valencia region, but falls under the Judicial district of Xativa which is the nearest main town, some 39 km away.
Bicorp itself offers a school ‘Colegio Publico Los Pinso’ pharmacy, medical centre, banks, butchers, grocery store, cafes and restaurants.

If you are seeking tranquility and privacy, then this beautifully presented retreat, is in our opinion, a wonderful find in which to step away from the madness of the modern World and enjoy a life of complete peace and relaxation. Although being sold as a private residence, the house is currently being run as a successful restaurant, that said, no alterations would be needed other than the removal of the table and chairs to completely revert it back to a superbly comfortable and private home.
The original part of the house is believed to date back 150 years and is situated beside the Rio Cazuma (river Cazuma) and Rio Fraile, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty and due to the close proximity of the popular Cuevas de la Arana, a group of caves which were discovered in the early 20th century in the valley of the river Escalona and were used by prehistoric people who left outstanding rock art estimated to be some 8,000 years old making the area popular for historians, rock climbers, cyclists and walkers.
The house can be approached via two rustic driveways one to the lower terrace parking area (easy wide rustic steps with wooden posts and rope railing leading up to the house) the other through double gates up to the main house and smaller parking area beyond. Disabled access can be obtained either through the ladies toilet (situated in the converted garage) which leads in to the large sun terrace and house or from the purpose built ramp at the main entrance. Situated to the side of the house you will find the olive grove.
