Constructed of rendered elevations under a Spanish clay tiled roof, this detached villa is located very close to the town of Vallada with a small group of similar individual properties. The property is arranged to provide two double bedrooms, a modern fitted kitchen with “beech wood” effect units, a large lounge and dining room and a modern shower room with WC. There is also an outside kitchen area with BBQ and Pallearia and also a large, covered terrace which looks out to the swimming pool area and the surrounding views.
Standing on a plot of what we have been advised is approximately 2000m2, the immediate gardens have been enclosed by a sliding gate and fencing. The remaining area of land is laid to orange trees. Adjoining the villa is the most fantastic pool area with a 6m x 11m swimming pool, which enjoys fabulous views of the mountains surrounding Vallada, towards Montesa and its’ castle in the distance. There is a large car parking area which could comfortably offer parking for around 10 vehicles and in addition there is a carport adjoining the main villa.
The property is currently powered by a solar system with a backup generator, but again, we have been advised that linking the property to mains electric should not be a problem. There is mains water and the drainage is by septic tank.
Tastefully decorated throughout, with attractive tiling to both the kitchen and shower room/wc, there are double glazed windows with fly screens and roller shutters to all but one window making the ideal property to move in to immediately and start your new Spanish life.
Vallada is a small and popular town which has supermarkets, banks, and of course lots of bars. The town is known for its’ salt water swimming pool and an area set up in the mountains called “The Hermitage”. The town is situated just of the A-35 motorway, which means that the airports of Valencia and Alicante are around one hour away by car.
Running the length of the villa, this is a lovely place to site in the shade and take in the views of the swimming pool and the surrounding mountains and countryside. Solid wood door to:

The kitchen has been fitted with a modern range of “beech wood” effect units with attractive dappled granite worktops over. There is a stainless steel, double bowl sink unit with mixer taps, a four burner gas hob with a single gas oven under. A double glazed window looks out to the pool area. The walls have been finished in a modern tile, with a terracotta colour lower tile a dado tile and a contrasting lighter tile over.

Another double room with a window looking out through the covered terrace.
The shower room has been very well tiled with a dark green lower tile, dado and a very pale light green contrasting tile over. The suite is white and comprises pedestal basin, close coupled WC and a “hip” bath with shower attachment over. There is a window to the side which is not double glazed, but does benefit from the shelter of the carport.
The villa stands on a plot of approximately 2000m2. The immediate gardens, which are easily maintained are fenced and have a sliding gate providing access from the road. These gardens have several feature flower beds with Yuccas, Agavi aloe vera plants and a private hedge. There is ample parking for a minimum of 10 cars and a car port which adjoins the main villa.
To the rear of the villa there is an outside kitchen area with double bowl marble sink unit and an indoor BBQ/Pallaeria. This is next to the pool area which has a raised patio area with some fabulous views towards Montesa and the mountains around Vallada. The pool itself is approximately 6m x 11m and fully tiled with permanent steps in one corner for ease of access.
The remainder of the plot is approached via double gates from the parking area and laid to orange trees.
