In addition to ALL of this there is a most superb detached guest villa which could be used to provide an additional income. The present owners let it for between 250 Euros to 450 Euros depending on the time of year. I really cannot stress enough the quality of the fixtures and fittings used in the construction of this property and would urge anyone who is looking for a home in this price band to find another that compares.

Area:

Benicolet is a traditional Spanish town, set back from the coast, which can be reached by car in about twenty minutes. The town has three bars, a grocery store, tobacconist, butchers, bank, bakers and of course the obligatory Town Hall. There is even a small airfield, where microlight and small aircraft are sometimes seen taking off and landing. Who knows, you could even take up flying!

The airports of Valencia and Alicante are within an hour’s drive, opening up a host of low cost airlines that fly in to both.

Gandia, on the coast, with its endless sandy beaches, is, as we have said, just twenty minutes away. The beaches are absolutely superb and not packed out with people as they run for miles and have white clean sand. For those that are interested in boating, there are several harbours at Oliva and Gandia.

In Gandia you will find everything you would expect in a modern town, from an excellent hospital, to bars, night clubs and excellent shopping. Whilst the town is a popular tourist destination for the Spanish, it is never as busy as the usual haunts favoured by many of the Brits, such as Denia, Javea and Benidorm.
